The update is difficult and cumbersome to navigate. Also, that CC launched this during a PANDEMIC is really unpleasant to the end-users. Added stress of learning/navigating this system during this difficult time, when all businesses are learning a multitiude of other new platforms, while trying to keep business and contact successfully moving is very trying. Not pleased at all. When I have more time to study/learn this system hopefully I won't have to spend and hour trying to reach someone on the phone for help as has been happening also. ... View more

Good morning. I wish you could make it possible to archive e-mails automatically or semi-automatically. Maybe a check box on the scheduling page ("Archive When Sent?"). The benefit of being able to schedule a newsletter in advance is somewhat countered by the inconvenience of still having to log in right afterwards to archive it. But, I can appreciate that not every e-mail blast sent needs to be archived, so a full auto-archive feature isn't necessarily helpful. That's why I think a checkbox would be good. Something has changed with your email reporting in that the "date sent" now equals the last time there was an attempt to send to bounced emails. Can you please add a column that shows the initial sent date and time? Its very confusing to seeing the order of my emails all jumbled up. ... View more

I used to like Constant Contact a lot. Not anymore. The changes you made took a good easy intuitive program and turned it into a pain to use. In fact, the little newsletter I sent every month that worked well for my membership -- not possible anymore. I'm going to start looking around for other options.
