really poor experience - keeps getting worse

Hi - my login is .  I was sold an account that I was told would work for a political mailing list but actually did not  - I'm sure there's a record of what happened - huge waste of my time - you refunded the account - BUT I DID NOT EXPECT YOU TO DELETE EVERYTHING - I worked hard on the second campaign and AT LEAST WANT TO BE ABLE TO RECOVER & REUSE MY WORK ELSEWHERE - And you do offer free accounts - so you could easily have frozen the account from mass emailings but left the smaller personal email list!!!  PLEASE RESTORE ALL OF MY WORK and let me access at least the FREE portion of the account.
