Is it possible to change my account email address after I created the account? I don’t want all the CC messages going to a private email address.

Hi @WendyF53, yes you can. To change your account's email address, follow these steps.

 

  1. Click on profile name in the upper-right and select Account settings.

  2. Click the Billing tab.

  3. Scroll down the page and click Edit payment method.

  4. Scroll down to the Billing Email Address drop-down and select the email address you want to be your new Billing Contact.
    Note: If you don't see the email address you want to use, you'll need to verify it first. 
  5. If needed, update the Billing Contact phone number.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Verify the information and click Submit.
