If it does not send to the additional members email address which is different why is there such a thing? Is there a way to get a spreadsheet of those and import them so they receive emails as well?

Can you elaborate on what you're referring to? Are you importing contacts with a custom field for additional email addresses, and you're confused on how the email system works? Or are you referring to something else?

Hi William,
Thank you for your response. I use Constant Contact for a mailing to a neighborhood organization. When I entered new contacts I would put the spouse in as the additional member with their phone number and email address. Thinking all email addresses were getting emails. I am slowly finding out that the additional emails entered for spouse are not and now I need to create them as their own contact. So I am trying to figure out the easiest way to export the additional member from Constant Contact and import them back in as their own contact. Any advice, greatly apprecaitedl

Hi @DonnaM792. If these additional email addresses were imported as a custom field, you can export the contacts (making sure to include the custom fields), create a file with these new contacts outside of your account, and import them back into the account.

Unfortunately, they were not imported in, I typed them in. I have gone back and reentered them manually. It was not too time consuming, but now I know. Thank you for your reply. Donna
