Is there a way to send an automatic survey and/or message to event participants after the event?

Hello @FirstNameL67761 ,

No, any emails with a link to a survey would need to be manually sent by you. For example, once you've created a survey page, you can link to it in an email created only for registrants, and schedule that registrant-only email for the day of / after the event.
