Hello Support,
We have installed the Constant Contact plugin and created a newsletter subscription form on our site. When a user submits this form, we would like to send them an email containing a "10% discount" coupon code.
Currently, as shown in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/wL-AAaZGyE-8, the email is being sent to info@foundinthegroundcandles.com, which is the site administrator's address. Instead, we want the email to be sent directly to the user who filled out the form.
Additionally, we're using plugin version 2.9.1, which is not the latest. Could you please provide us with the most recent version?
Lastly, we would like to know if it's possible to view a list of users who have submitted the newsletter form in the WordPress backend. Please confirm if this feature is available.
Thank you!

Hello @ChristineR6881 ,
Please see our main articles on setting up the Wordpress plugin for step-by-step and visual guidance, as well as limitations and requirements:
- Install the Constant Contact Forms plugin for WordPress to gather sign-ups and feedback
- Create a contact sign-up form with the Constant Contact Forms for WordPress plugin
As far as the email mentioned in your screencap, that's just a notification email, that isn't what's being sent to new sign-ups. If you want to have an email automatically sent to new contacts, you'd want to setup an automation in your Constant Contact account for either "Subscribes for email" (only triggers from sign-up form submissions and 100% newly added contacts) or "Added to specific list" (triggers from any contacts freshly added to a specified list). See this article for more info on automation path triggers.
