We need assistance in setting up an automated email drip campaign in Constant Contact with the following requirements:
  1. Drip Campaign Structure:
    • We have a 3-email sequence.
    • Each email should be sent in succession with a predetermined delay between each.
  2. Target Audience Segmentation:
    • Our target list is segmented into three regions in Washington: Northwest, Southwest, and East.
    • We need to ensure that each contact receives emails based on their assigned region.
  3. Dynamic Content Requirement:
    • Each email will contain region-specific contact information.
    • When an email is sent, it must automatically display the correct regional manager’s contact details based on the recipient's region.

Those articles, and the subsequent articles they link to for further info on individual components will be your best guides for setting up the automations are you need to, within the existing parameters of the APB system. With how dynamic content works, you'll need to do a good amount of preparatory legwork to ensure your contacts' physical address and custom fields are setup correctly.
