I set up an automated email with a trigger set to send when a new contact is added to the list. To test it, I added two of my own email accounts. The campaign shows that two emails were sent (as reflected in the CC), but I did not receive any email in either inbox — not even in the spam or junk folders.

Hello @chajavellana ,
The automation is showing as being opened by other addresses, which is indicating a delivery issue. Delivery can have a lot of variables, from elements on our side, on your side, on the recipient's side, and in their email system company's side.
As our system has not gotten any bounce codes back, this would indicate that the email is likely being filtered / quarantined. You may need to speak with your IT to see if the email is being prevented from being delivered to you. They may need to safelist some elements to ensure the emails are going through properly.
Here are some general best practices for delivery.
If you'd like to learn more about safelisting, and what it entails:
Safelisting domains in a security system
Safelisting email addresses in an email client or security system
If you're wanting more in-depth, specialized insight on your current deliverability, it'd be worth speaking with one of our Delivery agents.
