Automatically resend an email to contacts who don't open

For the second time my automatic resend did not go out 

It says : 

Resend to Non-Openers

Invalid date

It was sent to go out 13 hours later -- the following morning after an evening first send.

What the heck?

Very frustrating.

Are you aware of any common elements between the previously failed RSNOs and this one? Have you had previous success when scheduling your emails for RSNO within 24 hours of the original sendout?
