If I get the Login information for the FB business account, is there a way to link the organization's FB page to Constant Contact Social tab vs having to go through a personal FB account? Thanks.
Solved! Go to Solution.
When you go to connect the Facebook pages through your CTCT account, you'll be prompted to login to your personal account. Once logged in, any business pages that personal account is an admin of will be available for selection to connect to. Once the connections is established, those pages will be available as options for you to post to. You won't need to login and re-select for each individual posting. If there's ever a disruption to our app's permissions for your Facebook account (such as Facebook's system refreshing API permission requirements), you'd need to disconnect and reconnect all over again.

Hello @AnnE315 ,
Due to how Facebook's 3rd party API permissions work, a personal account that's an admin for the business page needs to be logged into, to allow a connection to the business page. If you have additional questions on this requirement, we ask that you reach out to Facebook's support.

Thanks William -- do you know when/how the connection will ultimately link CC with the business FB?
Once it is established with CC and business FB, does the requirement to go through a personal account to access the business FB go away? Or does that have to happen with each use of social media through CC?
Any visual example or screenshot appreciated too if possible.
Thanks again!
Ann

Thanks again William for the detailed response. Very helpful and reassuring for a first timer!
