Constant Contact Sign Up Form with Payment Processing

Hello!

 

I am planning to have a signup form with constant contact through wordpress. Is it possible to have a payment processing for my membership fee in the form?

It is possible to have a link to an outside company that handles payments copied and pasted into the form. You may want to contact WordPress to see if they have any other options.
