Email Clickthroughs

I've been using Constant Contact for a while now and my two most recent campaigns show results similar to my past campaigns, but these two campaigns show 0 (zero) clickthroughs. I know that's not correct for a couple of reasons. Why would the report show zero? What's missing from the code? Anyone else experience this?
