Hello - I have been searching but am unable to find an email address to contact Constant Contact - does anyone have that info? I am unable to access the chat option unfortunately. TIA!

Different support teams have different email addresses utilized on a case-by-case basis. If you explicitly need to utilize email, and need either general support or to have an email case transferred to another team, you're welcome to email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username and a description of what you're needing.

All of our regularly available support channels can be found on our main Contact Support page - Phone, Chat, Community, and Social Media DMs.
