We currently have an Etsy shop DecemberDragonfly and have set up a shop in Facebook with the same name and an Instagram shop. Using the Commerce Manager I have created an initial catalogue with just four items – just to get it all working. These items link to my Etsy site to get the item image and to the Item page on Etsy for purchase. Within Commerce Manager I see my shop with two channels – my Facebook page and my Instagram page. When I click on ‘view live shop’ I see the Facebook or Instagram page with the items from the catalogue in them. I have Saved and Published these. However, when I go directly to these pages in Facebook I.e DecemberDragonfly Facebook page or junelornie on Instagram I do not see the items from my catalogue. Why? Can anybody help?

Hi @user1534917. We are unable to assist with shops and integrations created outside of Constant Contact since we do not have access to those accounts. I recommend contacting Facebook support or reviewing their Help articles.
