We use GrowthZone and Constant Contact for database (GZ) and email marketing services (CC). It has just come to our attention that the two have not been syncing since April 10th, 2025. Both providers are saying that their systems are not at fault. I know that both providers have published updates near this timeframe and are trying to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue or has in the past and has a workaround to solve it that's not manually adding contacts to lists.
We've already disconnected and reconnected, checked for additional updates, and contacted both parties and our IT department. No one seems to know what's going wrong or how to fix it. Would appreciate any feedback.

Since we have not developed an integration with GrowthZone, you'd need to reach out to their support, as we'd have no further insight or ability to troubleshoot their particular integration. If they believe there's an issue with the API connection, then they'd need to reach out to our API Developer support team.
