Promotion and Access codes used in event registrations shouldn't show on the confirmation page.

Are you asking how to hide the "Promo Code" on the actual registration page? If so, you need to just turn off the promotions  / access code  for the event in its settings. If you have any active access or promo codes for the particular event, then the field to be able to enter one will always show.
