How to temporarily remove an active contact from a list for marketing. All other contacts except the selected contact(s) in the list will receive the marketing.

To temporarily revoke a contact from receiving emails sent to a particular list, without wholly removing them from the list, you can set your contact's permissions to Temporary Hold. When a contact needs to start receiving the emails in that list again, you can re-edit their permissions to be subscribed again.

If a contact is designated as a temporary hold, and a new list is later uploaded containing that same contact and email address, will the temporary hold remain active?
Yes, the contact will remain on temp hold until its permission is manually switched back.
