Integrating from CC to SF

Hi, I'm currently working on integration between CC and SF. I've realized that the integration seems only work from SF to CC (one-way sync) except for the opt-out field. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'd love to find out ways to do two-way integrations in other areas such as sharing contact data across both platforms so that subscribed contacts can be shared and updated on both platforms. If there is no two-way integration between SF and CC, what other alternative ways can there be?

Hello @SphinxOrg ,

At this time, the Salesforce integration is only one-way from Salesforce to your Constant Contact account. In order to update from the CC side to the SF side, you'd need to manually export the contacts out of your CC account and import into your SF one.
