I have sent out 14k texts with a link to our instagram page. The link worked on the browser when I tested it at the time of putting it in the text campaign. Once sent out, it started getting a ton of responses that it doesnt work. It takes them to some error page b.ctct.sh - I tried again and thought wed figured it and it did it again! Embarrassing to say the least. Not to mention I pay for these! Called Constant Contact and was told they are "working on it" and ill be let know when its fixed Problem is the first time was almost a month ago. How do I handle this?? I have a big text to send out tonight. I cant add a link because it doesn't work. They are giving no help. no offer of returned SMS credits. literally nothing! Has anyone else dealt with this?

Hi @L488814. I'm sorry to hear the links are not working appropriately in your SMS messages. I see you spoke with our Support team yesterday. As they mentioned, there isn't a workaround or solution at this time. Your case was tracked with the defect and you will be notified of any updates.

For almost a month now? And do I still get charged for this? you have a insert link, test link feature. I do all of that. Then it doesnt work to over 6000 local customers and your response is - sorry that doesn't work? We should be aiming higher.
