Manage existing contacts in Constant Contact

Can you import a spreadsheet to populate data of multiple existing contacts where that data is currently blank?  Example:  A list of 25 existing contacts whose last names are all blank.  What are the steps to import an excel file that only contains the contacts email addresses and then the column populated with the last names.  From the Add Contacts screen, I am not finding the “Update Existing Contacts”  button.

Hello @user24445 ,

Yes, this is the standard function for any import process where a blank or currently filled contact field is given new info. So if you re-import your contacts, and some of them have new last names compared to what you already have in your account, the new import will override the existing info.
