We have just over 200 contacts in our list, but we show 1,140 subscribers. We are a small nonprofit high school baseball booster club, so we need to keep our costs down as much as possible. The higher number of subscribers almost doubles our monthly fee. Any idea why our totals vary like this? And how can I get the number of subscribers to match the number of contacts? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello @Longhorn ,
It means you have a bunch of contacts that aren't in your main list. This can occur if you delete lists that have contacts in them, resulting in them just sitting idle in your account. Just because a contact isn't in a list, doesn't mean they aren't still a viable, active, billable contact.
You can quickly identify contacts that aren't in any lists, by simply setting the contacts view for List Status > Not on any list. Once you've set your contacts view to only display these unorganized contacts, you can determine whether you wish to keep or remove them from your account. If you intend to keep a contact, I'd advise adding them to a list.
