Multiple issues with creating a marketing email

Hi, I am having multiple issues while I create a marketing email. Anything from uploading a new photo, lag time in typing, the "send a test email" option is no longer visible, errors note (see attachment) "Error #400, Bad Request" I start typing then all of a sudden it stops inputting what I am trying to type. I am working on a 3 yr old chromebook with high speed Verizon internet. please email me at with advice.Screenshot 2024-07-05 7.25.33 PM.png

Hi @JaredW748. We can start with some basic troubleshooting to get an initial overview of what's happening:


  • Does this happen in multiple browsers?
  • Does this happen in incognito/private mode?
  • Do you use extensions or add-ons?
  • Can you test on multiple networks?

Hello @JaredW748 ,


The devs are reporting that the 400 error issue has been resolved as it was related to a cookie for the email UI. If you're still getting the error, clear your cookies related to Constant Contact, completely exit and re-enter your browser, and it should now be resolved.
