Hello @Dr.LindaP ,

You're welcome to call our general support during our hours of operation, as they'd be able to cover any of the introductory elements of your account, and screenshare the Constant Contact tab of your browser if you'd like a more direct guided introduction.

---

When you have the time, we also have a Getting Started guide (also available in video format). Beyond that, if you'd like some more introductory materials to help you get started, our website's Knowledge Base library of articles has a instructions, guides, advice, tutorial videos and more available. The Knowledge Base is also available via the Help tab in your account.

If you'd like some pointers on design or some tips for getting started, I'd recommend following along with this article when you're creating your email. You may also want to consider making a "master template" version of this campaign, and add it to a folder on its own. That way you can easily find it to copy it for future editing and usage. Otherwise, you can also hire our designers to create a template for you based on your branding, as well as a higher level design service with significantly more customizability and capability for unique design elements.

---

Regarding the inclusion of the elements mentioned in your post, you can upload documents and images into your library, or while working directly in the email editor. Images will be embedded, documents must be linked to. I'd recommend following along with the following articles:

Regarding videos, no video file type is compatible with the library, and we don't allow videos to be attached directly to emails due to the sheer size they are, and their likeliness to be treated more harshly by receiving email programs and networks. Therefore, we recommend hosting your video on a dedicated video hosting site and using a video block, or hosting your video in a cloud drive and linking to its drive share URL.
