Ongoing problem with image folders

DavidG3480

When I try to see my image folders, I can only see 4 of the them. I have to zoom out to under 50% to see them all, which is very inconvenient. I was told weeks ago that this was a problem on your end and would be fixed.

Worse than that, when I do see the folders, not all the images show. The first folder shows all the photos, but all the folders after that have no or just a couple of the photos; for example, 2 instead of 10 that should be there.

This is in when creating a campaign and going to images to add an image. They show in the folders when I'm in my library, but I cannot put an image in a campaign from the library.

To find an old image, I have to scroll through ALL of my old photos until I come to it. I usually resort to taking a screen shot from the library.

I have tried 2 different browsers on 2 different computers. On Constant Contact advice, I have restarted my computer and cleared the cache, history, photos, cookies, but still cannot access the folders.

Please advise.

Hello @DavidG3480,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We are still working on this issue at the moment, and I will track your feedback on this so you can be notified if any updates happen. For now, please follow the steps below for a workaround.

- Insert an image block
- Edit the image
- Select the image folder, or search for image by name

Yes, this is still an ongoing issue two years later. And also if you're in the images tab when editing and try to scroll to load old images, it just stops and won't load all of the images.

Hi all. The image loading issue tends to affect accounts with over 500 images in the library. This limit was set at 500 to avoid performance issues within the editor. While we don't have an update to share on the possibility of increasing the limit, here are a few workarounds to insert an image into your campaign:

  • If you are inserting the image within an email, insert an Image block, or double-click on an existing image in the email to replace it instead of using the Image tab
  • If you know the name of the image, look for the image using the search bar

If you wish, you can also delete old images within the Library tab that are no longer being used to reduce the number of images in it.
