Opting an email out on a form

Is there a way to opt-out an email address on a form? I have created a form which by default all entries go to the 2x Administrators in the company. I would like the form entries to go to only 1 specific email address (not the administrators)

Hello @user389619 ,

There's nothing in our system that would be causing all sign-up form submission notifications to go to two separate addresses. In our system, you can set the frequency that the account owner's main address will receive update emails on new subscriptions and opt-outs. However any functionality beyond that would've only been capable in a form created out side of our system, or a setup to auto-forward such notification emails to a secondary address the owner's.
