Seeing duplicate contacts when you upload a new list

Is there  a way to see which contacts have been updated when you upload a new list and the notification says for example, 3 new contacts added, 3 updated? 

Can you see which contacts were updated?

No, these would just be contacts already in your account, the import/export activity page won't have a drilldown of all the individual contacts that were updated. If a contact was re-uploaded with new info or added to a different list during the re-upload, then their individual contact page with show the last update was made by you.
