I want to know if there's a way to set a default font for all my communications.  I am tired of constantly having to change it from Arial to what I want to use.

Hello @SuzanneS16 ,

You can set the font default for your email template using the Design tab of the sidebar. When you copy that template (including master templates if you set their defaults as such), it'll maintain those specifications.
