Solving Credit Card problems in new Event

Many registrants cannot use new Event--will not accept their credit card. I was told to encourage them to use Chrome browser. Does anyone else have additional suggestions as to how to resolve credit card problems using new Event? Signed, Very Frustrated

Hi @LibbyH7. I looked at your events and while I see that your payment method is connected, it is not selected as the form of payment. Once you select the payment method, you should be able to have your registrants enter their information.
