Hi, on our account I am trying to add an email:  but it says it is already in the system. But if I search the email, nothing shows up. I am confused.

Hello @ChadA104. I'm not able to replicate the same issue in the account. I added the email address to your contacts without an error when using "Create a New Contact". I had to enter some details into the contact to test it (first and last name are "test") so you will want to search for the contact and make changes including list membership. Please let us know if you are not able to locate the same address.
