Trying to understand why, on the Contacts dashboard, the total number of our contacts is 173 when our mailing list is only 92. We maintain our mailing list in xcell then upload it to CC then send our emails from that current list. So why is our total 173? Does it represent all the lists we have used? Does it really matter since we only use an updated list each month? Just trying to understand. Hope this makes sense and thank you for your time and consideration.

Hello @user09408 ,
This indicates that not all of your contacts are in a list, so when you're sending emails, you're not sending them to all of your contacts. If you'd like guidance on filtering the contacts not on any list, so you can determine if you want to add them to a list or delete them from your account, I'd recommend following along with this article.
