I need to shorten my email contact list.  How do I tell if the contact is active and how often they open an email

Hi @ZubyJ ,

The best way to find out which contacts are active and inactive is to run a segment. Segments allow you to find out what contacts have or have not been opening your emails based on a timeframe that you specify. Once you have that segment of contacts, you can manage that segment by deleting or attempting to re-engage those contacts.
