Is there a way to run a report for all contacts in system that have a "0" open rate. I would like to segment them and remove them all at once. Thank you!

Hello @AgencyONE ,
You can run a segment with the criteria of contact activity > Did not open > Any Email > Between > and set dates from when you first opened your account to now. You can then further manage this segment by adding it to a list, determining which contacts may still be worth keeping (such as very recent additions based on Date Added), and then deleting all the remaining non-openers and the segment list.
