We are trying to update our Sign Up Form of which we publish the link in an email we send out.

We have edited our only Sign Up Form > https://app.constantcontact.com/pages/contacts/list-growth#edit/formId/c48dc892-2229-48dd-88e8-2d417...

We have saved and published.

The issue we have is it is not updating the form which is here >  https://visitor.r20.constantcontact.com/manage/optin?v=001JtLq2k4dXaJ7jngpaF9oiFHf_8YLwoML1lY1m4JvgM...

HOW DO WE UPDATE THE FORM??

Hello @KevinF69 ,

The sign-up form you have linked looks more like one of the old legacy sign-up form pages, not a coded inline form like you designed.

If you want the inline form to appear, you need to install its code into your website (assuming your web builder allows outside scripting). If you just want to replace the sign-up landing page with a modern one, I'd advise making one and replacing the URL with the updated one.
