I had created a newsletter using canva and then it disappeared.

As I'm unable to access your Canva account, I can't really troubleshoot this further for you. I'd advise looking in your Canva library again to see if the PDF you were creating is still there in either the trash or main hub. Otherwise, please call our general support and request a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations team for further assistance.

I'd advise looking in your Canva library again to see if the PDF you were creating is still there in either the trash or main hub. Otherwise, please call our general support and request a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations team for further assistance.
