I have a contact who reports that she is not receiving our weekly emails. When I check her "engagement" it does show that she opened them from a different device. however, when I check on that campaign, and click opens, her email address does not show there as being opened? Cannot figure it out
It's possible your contact or the organization their email address is a part of is using a security program that "opens" emails to check for malware. Are you seeing the same engagement and open report discrepancy for other emails they should've received?
