Individual account users, such as managers and campaign creators, need to retain their own login credentials. They can go through the Forgotten Username / Password processes if they're needing to recover / reset their credentials. This was changed last year as an account security measure and will be the standard going forward, as account owners no longer generate the username and passwords of new users they add.
