This program has just been dumped in my lap I will be using the username and password at this point but, I do need to change the authorization number for voice verification. I also want a live person to talk so send me a phone number.

Hello @AliceS82 ,

 

If you have access to the email address associated with that login info, then you can reset the MFA preference so it's something you can regularly access as needed for logins (when prompted). If you or need to review everything we suggest for account ownership transfers, make sure to check out our main article on the topic.

 

If you'd like live guidance, or if the system requires you to call in for the MFA reset, our phone support's hours and lines can be found on our main Contact Support page

As far as getting started with working in the account, I'd recommend following along with this article when you're creating your first email.

 

When you have the time, we also have a Getting Started guide (also available in video format), with relevant links for newcomers using the system. You're also welcome to call our general support so you can work 1:1 with an agent, and also screenshare while you're logged into the account.

 

Our Community also has resources under the Get Help and Resources tabs at the top, particularly for the Marketing Digest page and Onboarding Hub pages.

 

Otherwise, our Knowledge Base has articles available for all the different tools in our system, with written instructions, visual aids, video tutorials, and common troubleshooting steps as well. The Knowledge Base is also available via the Help tab at the top of accounts.
