I am offering a complaint regarding the new 'human authentication' for security purposes that now I am smacked with every time I need to go to my marketing pages. Why is a robot AI asking me, a human, if I'm real???? This is an invasion of my privacy as these 'are you a human' is a data collecting system that reports all my browsing activity. Please take it away and give us a break.

Hello @CourtneyC972 ,
From my understanding of Cloudflare's human verification protocols, it typically pulls from the cookies you have saved with the site, but can still trigger if you're running any of the following:
- a VPN
- an ad/pop-up blocker
- security programs that auto-delete/block all cookies, mask your IP, or both
- any programs their system might see as suspicious or malicious
While the page itself typically just requires a basic human input like clicking the checkmark box, it may get stuck loading indefinitely if the VPN, blocker, or other software that initially triggered breaks its verification function, or if Cloudflare detects some kind of malware on your device.
The most common fixes and ways to narrow down the issue source for this, are to check how you're accessing a site that uses Cloudflare for incoming site traffic security. These include, but aren't limited to:
- allowing at least necessary cookies if the site has unnecessary cookies it needs to ask permission for first
- refreshing your VPN or temporarily turning it off
- clearing your browser cache and fully restarting it
- safelisting cloudflare and the site's domain in your security program
- making sure your browser is fully up-to-date
- checking to see if you encounter the same issues on other browsers, in incognito/private mode, on other devices, or on other networks
The last path forward would be to contact the support for the site, if you're able. In this case, that would be us, and we'd need you to either email us (such as by replying to the automated @ mention email you receive from this response) or call in with your connectivity troubleshooting info, so our site managers can be aware of certain programs and functions that aren't compatible with our site security and anti-bot protocols. Such information includes:
- what browsers you regularly use, and the version of it
- your device information - e.g. Mac or PC, operating system version, etc.
- your network and ISP - is this occurring on a home network, office network, or open wifi, etc.
- any ad/pop-up blockers, browser extensions/addons, VPNs, and other security software you're running
- any noted suspicious files or other elements on your device after running a virus/malware scan
- screencaps of console errors for your browser (typically denoted in yellow or red lettering)
You may also want to consider reaching out to Cloudflare, to see if their support would have any immediate identifying information on your setup, that they'd recognize as causing issues with their security protocols, and their recommendations for alleviating that issue.
As more and more sites start implementing tools like Cloudflares to mitigate malicious and suspicious traffic, verifying your humanity will become more and more common.

Hello @IvyA6 ,
I haven't seen anything like that while navigating in my account, nor in customers' accounts while troubleshooting. Can you please provide a screencap of this page you're seeing? When did you start seeing this page? Is it specifically a Cloudflare page?

Yes, please fix this. I have to verify myself as human every time I revisit my account, even when logged in. Here is the screen I see about 20 times a day.
