How do I change the spacing between paragraphs without having to add a spacer or extra line manually? In other words, when I use "enter" I want double (or more) spacing afterward.

Hello @LHPC ,
You can add line spacing to your text blocks (single, 1.2, 1.5, and double), but beyond that it's just a matter of using enter to separate between paragraphs. More advanced line and paragraph spacing beyond that isn't really available in these types of editors, outside of dedicated text programs (Word, Google Docs, Pages, etc.)
Our article on formatting text includes step-by-step and visual guidance on adding line spacing.

HELP!!!!!! THIS does NOT help me, William_A. I have spent over an HOUR playing with Trying to simply do a RETURN, or HARD RETURN, or adding a Spacer between PARAGRAPHS.
I have sent the email to myself about 15 times. It looks HORRIBLE. sometimes you have a space, often NOT. It is a run on email.
Being able to put a LINE between Paragraphs is a most BASIC need. I need to send this email out TOMORROW. Over an HOUR playing with this newer formatting.
HELP!

Hi @DoreenS81,
I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Any chance you've tried to open the editor in another browser or in incognito/safe mode? Our first step would be to troubleshoot to see if any cookies/extensions/etc. might be interfering with the editing experience.
If that doesn't change anything, we would have to take a closer look. If so, can you please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your account username, the name of the email campaign you're experiencing this issue with, and a reference to this post?

Hello @DoreenS81 ,
To make sure a public response is also seen, I'll be providing my response to your email reply here as well.
If you're copying the source of the text from elsewhere, you'll need to clear out the formatting before pasting it into the text block, as it's clearly evident there's something in the original formatting that's causing the issues. You can use a plain-text program like Notepad to paste the text into, then copy from that into your email. More simply, you can right-click > paste without formatting into a new text block.
Going forward, if you're going to be copying your text from another source, you need to use paste without formatting, or it will cause issues.
