Hi @JoseB018, You're off to a great start! If you are looking to increase sales, it might make sense for you to change your goal to be to grow your email list. The more people you can get in front of, the more likely you will reach someone who is looking to buy or sell. So, perhaps a great goal would be to grow your email list by 10%. Does that sound good to you?

Hi @user82423, Thanks for completing this challenge! If I am reading this correctly, it sounds like your goal is to increase the open and click-through rates of your email. If that is the case, it would be helpful to give a specific number: Increase the open rate by 5%. Increase CTR to 12%. Assigning specific numbers will allow you to measure if you hit your goal! Hi @Church101, Thanks for starting this challenge! I think it might be beneficial to get a little more specific with your goals and how you will measure them. Is this a case of "Get all of my profile photos, header photos, and descriptions consistent on all of my social channels " or "Create templates to use on social media"? That is the starting point I recommend. Then, after that is completed, the next step would be the implementation of the templates on social media and the resulting engagement. It sounds like you might have multiple steps here, so breaking things down might make it easier to track and measure success.

Try to get some specific number attached to the things you want to measure, and consider shortening your time frame. All of the items you listed in the data you will use to measure success are fine things to measure, but I wouldn't wait 2 years to do it. Think about what specific number you want to reach, and then consider a time frame of three months to measure and then adjust as needed!

Hi @PattiO56, You have a good start here, but in order to make your goals SMART, you need to have a specific number and time frame attached to your goals. So, you could say, "ten new clients by the end of the year." That way, you can actually measure if you achieved them! Keep it up!

Make sure to focus on the value that people will get when they join your list when you are promoting it to your network. A free tutorial seems like the perfect sort of lead magnet to use to entice people to join your list!

Hi @WhisperingC , Let's examine what success will look like for your goal. Creating a business presence is certainly a good goal, so think about how you can measure that. You mention social media shares and event attendance. Try to provide some specific numbers: 10 attendees at each event, 5 post shares. When you quantify your goal with a specific number, it is then possible to measure your results. Keep it up!
