Hi @Kadi-AnnB. This is possible using Constant Contact and there are two different ways to accomplish it.   The first would be to create a lead generation landing page. On the Thank You page, add a button with a link to your document (this can be uploaded to the library). Your contact doesn't need to go to their inbox to download the document.   However, if you prefer to include an email in the lead process, there is another way to engage with this new lead. You'll create the landing page to collect their information and create a new list as well. After that, you'll create a list-join path that will send an email after a contact is added to the list. You don't want to use a welcome email template since those only trigger to send to contacts who are not already in your account. ... View more

Some folks will not be able to see the images in your emails unless they download them, so any information that is important to the content of your email should be in actual text. So, the Toyota ad and that great review might not be visible to some of your readers unless they take the extra step to download the images. I'll piggyback on Grace's best practices and David's great advice in regard to images. I often see people adding graphics that have a lot of text on them in emails. While there are a number of issues with using text-heavy graphics in emails, in regards to being mobile-friendly, the graphic won't adjust its dimensions on mobile. So text that was readable on a desktop might not be readable on a mobile device. It's best to have any important text be actually typed out in the body of your email so that it can be reformatted as needed in the mobile view.  ... View more

I personally love an email with a witty subject line. A good example of creative subject lines that get me to click in  emails are my favorite retailers. I feel targeted because they know I have a shopping problem. But I have to give them credit because their subject lines get me to click into the email and usually the email has some type of offer waiting for me to spend more!    We receive hundreds of emails a day. Think about the ones that you click on and what made you click on it. Was it the eye-catching subject line? Was it the offer waiting for you inside the email? I'm like Tracey: I don't use Tik Tok for personal or business. As an agency, we decided to "stay in our lane" and focus on assets we/our clients own: website, email lists, and lead magnets, and use social media to drive traffic there.    PS. transparency: I'm tired of consuming content and spending so much time on my phone!
