Hi @TomO840   Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. While in this post you mention importing phone numbers, after taking a closer look at your account it appears you spoke with more than one chat agent ultimately looking for assistance with exporting your list of contacts. Is this correct?    If so, it's important to point out our upper level of support was able to recognize you were having this experience of being unable to export the phone numbers of contacts collected through SMS marketing. We apologize at this time, being able to export a list of contacts with their SMS data included is not an available feature. Hi @RoarkC   We apologize for the delay in our response. With that said, we would be happy to help troubleshoot this experience further with you. For instance changes not saving, what changes did you make? You also mentioned, contacts not being notified of required questions and being unable to submit due to incomplete rankings. You are correct, at this time rank questions do require contacts to either rank all or none of the options listed in order to submit. How would you expect for this type of question to work instead? We are however unable to replicate the same experience of not being notified of a required question.  Are you contacts not seeing this error message appear?   If so, can you share a screenshot of what they are seeing instead and the name of the survey campaign?   As for report summary of responses - are you seeing this happen when exporting the responses as "summary with text responses"? Is it showing 0 responses instead of the actual number? ... View more

Hi @ClementPlaza   We have received reports of users using the Third-Generation Editor template "Basic Newsletter" and inserting a "Feature Article Block" only being able to edit the border color for the block, and not the background block color. This is however a defect we do not have plans to update due to the low number of tracks from other customers and the prioritization of other ideas. Hi @user83245   At this time being able to turn off link tracking is not an available feature. If your contacts are however experiencing issues accessing your links because of link tracking we would recommend contacting the support team and if possible, having some information on hand to reduce the amount of time needed for troubleshooting:   The security program and the version number If the recipient is on a home or work network, wifi or data Are the links you're inserting into the email beginning with HTTP or HTTPS? Have they safelisted our URLs? ... View more

We are working on an updated event experience in a more advanced tool. While we do not have an update or timeline to share or can guarantee any kind of commitment on how we will be handling multi-session, we hope this indicates some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration while we are building out this tool.
