Hi @arenal What type of layout blocks are you looking for in your email campaigns? What about our prebuilt blocks do not fit your needs?

Hi @WayFinders The MFA process also needs some time to learn your device and what a “normal” login looks like for your organization. So, when it’s initially turned on you do get prompted more than you would under normal circumstances. If you still find yourself getting prompted for your MFA method on every login and you normally log in on the same device/network every time, that is not working as intended. Make sure you are not using an Incognito window every time, or please contact our support team to work out what the problem may be. We apologize there is no setting to end this process. Because of this we have merged your post into the appropriate thread focused on having the ability to un-enroll from this process.

Hi @LeslieR247 The good news is scheduling both an A/B test and a resend to non-openers on an email is a feature request we are currently collecting feedback on. Because of this we have merged your post into the appropriate thread. In the meantime, as a workaround users can create a new list from their campaign's Did Not Open reports from the A/B campaign reporting, make a copy of the original email, and send the copy to the list made from the Did Not Open reports.

Hi @KristaM44 Thanks for sharing this feedback with us! At this time the Quicksend option does not have a searchable menu. It is however a feature request we can continue collecting feedback on through this thread. In the meantime we do recommend users continue scrolling down through the campaigns to find and select the one needed.

Due to low number of tracks from other customers and the prioritization of other ideas, we don't always have a time estimate of when a feature will be available. We have however previously updated this idea status as under consideration to indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback it has been taken under consideration for a future release. Hi @SallyU What about our social post process do you find difficult to use? How would you expect it to work instead?

Hi @ChelseaI4 Because the thread you originally commented on is focused on re-subscribing contacts we moved your comment into a post of its own. With that said, if you have a spreadsheet full of unsubscribed contacts, you can import them into your Constant Contact account to prevent accidental mailings to them. Because you bulk unsubscribe contacts through the steps on that article we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback! Hi @CameronL We apologize for any confusion my response on our customize button idea thread. Based on the screenshots you have shared it does appear you're working in both our cross platform editor and our previous third-generation editor. At this time rounded buttons are only available in our cross platform editor. We recommend recreating any emails you would like a rounded button for in our cross platform editor. Our cross device templates do allow buttons with rounded edges through the button radius option in our editor toolbar. Hi @CameronL We'd like to clarify your feedback a little further so it may be tracked appropriately. You mentioned building your own email and not finding the option for buttons. Are you looking for this option in a custom code email? We have taken a look at your most recent email campaign and was unable to replicate this same experience. The option for a button does appear under the Build tab on the right hand corner of your email editor.

Here are some further details we can share: White lines between blocks - Where are seeing this, what is the name of this email campaign? We would be happy to take a closer look. Ability to set specific padding to an item in your email - We recommend sharing your need for this directly on its feature request thread. Rounded buttons - You are correct, users do have now have the ability to edit the corners of their button through the button radius option in the screenshot you have provided. We apologize for any confusion caused from my previous response about this. Text wrapping - We have taken a look at your account and was unable to replicate this same experience in our Community Support copy. If you are still unable to wrap your text around images we ask that you please call into our support for further assistance. Support does have the ability to do a glance session to see what's happening with dragging images in. Difference between click and stick vs. drag and drop/benefits - The difference is our click and stick feature allows users to release their finger from your mouse or touchpad instead of holding it down when moving a block. We have previously received reports of users having a hard time moving a block to their desired space from removing their finger too quickly. Difference between 3GE vs. cross device editor - The difference between the two editors is that our cross device editor is designed to work consistently across desktop computers and mobile devices, and provide you with more customization options. In fact here is an article that helps go into further details about this editor as well. With all this said, the good news is you do have access to all available features in our cross device editor!
