Hi @ScottW449   I apologize for any inconvenience caused from your experience with dragging and dropping. This is definitely not the experience we want our users to have! As previously mentioned this is actually not an experience all users have. In fact when testing in my own account this is not an experience I was having as well. We suggest calling into our support for further assistance with this matter.  Support does have the ability to do a glance session to see what's happening with dragging images in. Hi @KristenK944   Thanks for following up with us on this! You are correct, any campaigns that have already been sent out or are in active sending status won't be changed by disabling the Constant Contact logo in the footer. We can however see you also shared your feedback on this experience in a separate thread of its own. In fact we will continue to collect requests and share any updates through that thread directly.   As for this thread and your ability to edit campaigns once it is active, I'm happy to hear the directions shared did help! Hi @ScottW449   We apologize users do not have the ability to go back to the previous interface. We are however always open to ways we can better our user's experience and actively tracking feature requests of things users would like to see in this updated cross platform editor instead. Because of this, along with not all users are having the same experience you are describing, we would like to troubleshoot further with the details requested in my previous response. As for adding images into your email campaign, does the click-and-stick method help?
