On our home page (promotionalmatches.com), there is a popup to join our mailing list and receive 5% off your order. The code for the 5% discount pops right up on the screen and their email is saved to Constant Contant's database. Here is a pic of the popup: We also have a "Contact Us" page where users can ask questions and there is a button (defaulted to ON) where they can sign up for the mailing list.
