Hello @TomO88 , At this time, this isn't something inherently available in the email builder. This is something that certain email programs might offer as a default functionality, or through deliberate actions like right-click > open image in new tab.

Hi @TomO88 , The most common issue we see with Gmail is that emails do get placed in the promotions folder. Checking that tab usually resolves most Gmail delivery issues. If she is not receiving emails there, it may be worth it to give our support team a call at 866-289-2101 for some live, 1:1 troubleshooting. Keep in mind that we may need to be able to speak with the recipient as well, so having her dialed in on the call will be very helpful.
