Hello @Puniho ,   For coded forms (i.e. inline and pop-up forms), these codes need to be pasted directly into your website or a specific page on your site. Please also bear in mind that some websites will be incompatible with our code due to their script restrictions, so you may need to look at using an integration instead. We made some design changes to the header which have hopefully made the log out option easier to find.
