Not having the ability to keep my registration open past Dec 31, 2023 makes my job 10x more difficult because now I'm having to recreate these events campaigns instead of you guys just fixing the small issue of leaving them open for up to multiple years. As we write up a campaign we embed links to different articles. We can see we get a lot of clicks on the links but only an URL is shown. We need to know the article or document they have clicked on for more info or which registration form.
We need a way so we can down load this to improve our presentations to our customers without cli9ck on each one every time to see what it is.

Hi @JasonA170. This is the Resend to Non-Openers feature that is activated on the scheduling page. If you need to edit the email before resending it such as adding text or changing the subject line, you need to create a Did Not Open list, make a copy of the email, make the edits, and send the email to that list.

Segmented lists work pretty well for adding a contact to a list if a field matches certain criteria, but I can't use them to enroll contacts in an automated email series. I don't understand why not. I need this to use the Segmented list functionality in any kind of helpful way.

Since this post, we have created a mobile app to enhance your experience within Constant Contact when working on mobile devices. With the introduction of our cross-device editor, emails can be created and edited on both the desktop and app. All you will need to do is select a cross-device template that will be compatible between the two.
