Hi @CyndyC4. I took a look at the bounces and saw two contacts had a vacation/auto-reply set which we consider a bounce/unsuccessful delivery. When I viewed their engagement, they both opened the email after the bounce was recorded so technically, they are recorded twice in the reporting, once as a bounce and once as an open.

Hi @user823698. Had you previously used our Archive tool? There was a very old version of the archive with a dedicated URL that would show saved campaigns but that tool was retired and the page is no longer supported or able to be updated. We now have an embeddable Archive widget to show saved campaigns on your website. It's not a webpage but it allows your website visitors to see your most recently archived campaigns.

Hi @KellyM00. It depends on if the page is active or not. If it hasn't been published at all, you can remove questions by clicking on the question block and clicking the trash icon in the toolbar.
However, if the page was published and activated, survey questions cannot be removed at that point.

Hi @JeffG6737. Is this occurring on the same network as well? William mentioned multiple causes of why this can occur, like VPNs or security programs. If you are using a VPN, try turning it off or connecting to a different network. When I log in, my new (?) landing page has somehow become the Sending Page from an email from a month or two ago. @https://app.constantcontact.com/pages/campaigns/email-details/details/activity/5e995a94-c7ea-4b29-bc20-7a3949ac0eb0 Interestingly enough, this appears to only happen to Safari 17.5. FireFox logon seems to be normal. While novel, it has gotten a bit old. I'll take most anything else! Thank you, Cliff Cliff
