Hi JACKIEF790. Without additional information, it's hard to tell why this would be happening. It's possible the email was forwarded or the sending address is the same as the recipient, possibly a role address where there are multiple recipients. If it is the latter, if someone unsubscribed, it would cause the entire address to be unsubscribed.  ... View more

Are you looking to export a file from your CRM to upload into  your account or export the contacts from your Constant Contact account? The ability to sync the Marketing Calendar with personal calendars was implemented in 2021. If you use a Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar, or any calendar app that allows you to add a calendar URL, you can sync your Campaigns Calendar to it! ... View more
